11. Forgetfulness
One of the first signs of Alzheimer’s disease, if not the first sign, is to forget something that has been learned recently and ask the same question several times.
Sometimes the person doesn’t remember the date or forgets an appointment or event. A distinguishing feature that attributes to oblivion the usual age-related forgetfulness is the fact that the person remembers the information later.
